I am unable to transfer data from the app or website.
Why is this issue happening ? could someone please help ?

What happens when you try to gift data? Do you see an error message?

Try closing the app and try again later.
this has been going on for 2 days and my data renews on the 24th of each month and my kids no longer have any data

Have you checked to see if there are any updates available for the app @Bharati04?
Are you able to gift data via My EE online?

The app is updated.
No, I am not able to gift via ee mobile or using a laptop.
