Re: how to keep track of daily roaming usage

Classic piece of bad faith product management by EE. They don’t tell you much you’ve used in the hope you will spend more.

@enrvuk  How do you work that out when it’s a set limit per day.   It’s up to you if you want to purchase more or not your not forced to.  And depending on where you are there could be options to use your tariff allowance.

First of all, in plenty of situations you need access to data. So you will top up.

Secondly, this information is readily available to EE. They could share if they wanted to. Not sharing the info makes it trickier for us to manage our usage and retain enough of the allotted requirement for critical usage. As a result, we’re more likely to need to pay for more data.

One of the most egregious examples of bad faith Product Management that I’ve seen.

@enrvuk : You can see your data usage in your MyEE or you could text AL to 150 whenever you want to know.

Where do you say the figure for daily roaming data usage. It’s a general question not related to a particular location.

I don't! Roaming data limits are usually monthly except in countries where the data add-ons are per day or week. That's why I'm asking you.
