Same issue, I run dual sims Three and EE and both sims display 4G, 4G+ & 5G between 1 and full reception and currently EE has no Internet when Three does. Having just moved one business sim to EE for additional network coverage I'm pretty disappointed...

Yea, so turns out the bill hasn't gone out for the first payment 🫢

Hopefully that'll fix it once I'm back where I can access my cards...

Can you elaborate on "has no internet"? The 4G, 4G+ & 5G indicators can be taken with a slight pinch of salt, but does VoLTE/4G-calling show?

Are you able to make & receive calls?

EE standard opening hours are 8am to 10.30pm every day.

Dual-SIM is a good point - make sure that VoLTE & mobile data is enabled on the EE SIM as a process of elimination.
