No Connection with FB Messenger and Facebook

I have IPhone 14 pro. I can not establish a secure connection with facebook via Mobile data. I tried in safari and in application as well.

In application the messages comes in but not going out. Via Wifi both perfect. 

I guess the fault with EE.

@Kerobi : It could be Switching Content Lock OFF or ON . It is switched on on new & upgraded contracts & seems to affect social sites. If just switching it OFF doesn't help, try switching it to STRICT, reboot your device and then switching it to OFF. That is seeming to do the trick.

Indeed! I had to swith the parental control to OFF (enable to adults) in the EE app. Thanks a lot!
