My data ran out in seconds eventhough i was on wifi

I left my phone for a bit whilst definitely on wifi then i get a notification saying i’ve used 80% of my data then straight away saying i’ve used all of it which obviously didn’t make any sense, especially cus the pack only started yesterday. I also checked my activity and it shows that i’ve only used 28MB so it doesn’t make any sense. what do i do?

Impossible to use mobile data while on WiFi.

That is my point, i couldn’t have used my data because i was on wifi so how did all of my data just run out in one go??

I've just had this happen. Had 3.6GB this morning, done very little data usage today and received a text saying 80% gone. 20 mins later, got a text saying 100% gone and I hadn't used the phone!

What kind of phone are you using? Have you had any problems with your WiFi signal recently?
