Hi there
I’m unable to use my mobile data from last week since you guys updated your network. I have full data package but it’s not letting to use it my WhatsApp is not working on mobile data and it’s so frustrating when I’m outside my house.

@Aima have you allowed the WhatsApp app to use cellular data ?

Yes @Chris_B all settings are perfectly fine.
It just started to happen from last 2 weeks. I thought may be EE is working on their updates that’s why it is happening but still no progress.
