Since last Saturday, I have been experiencing issues with my mobile data. I tried to solve the problem by purchasing a £15 data pack, but unfortunately, the issue persists. Additionally, I am unable to sign up for My EE application and website as there seems to be some problem. I am looking for assistance in determining the cause of these problems with EE.

Is your data switched on within your phone settings? Are you within the UK at the moment?
