Mobile data not working

The mobile data on my phone keeps saying I have full 4G+ signal but then not loading any webpage or anything that requires an internet connection. My calls and texts still work, and I have a new SIM card from a few months ago after the issue kept happening on my old one too. 

My phone has 5G connectivity but whenever it is on 5G it does the same thing so I have had to turn it off. I have travelled to the Isle of Man (so been on roaming) and to other parts of the UK and it works fine there. EE doesn't have my phone listed on the coverage checker so I can't have a look and see if there are issues. 

Restarting my phone fixes it for a while but then it does it again and I'd really like to not have to restart my phone multiple times a day.

Does toggling flight mode or even just mobile data, have the same effect?

To check local faults, just choose the nearest equivalent device on the status drop-down, it doesn't need to be exact.
