Hi,
I recently came back to the UK after 3 weeks in India, now my mobile data is working intermittently. I have to switch off and switch mobile data to receive emails, make or receive Whatsapp calls. Everything works perfectly fine when on WiFi. I have factory reset my phone and put in a new replacement sim but no change. Before I went overseas I could hotspot two or three devices and make Whatsapp calls. My OnePlus 10 pro phone was updated to Oxygen OS 13 while I was abroad and by default it has switched to 5G, not sure if the problem is that my EE SIM card is not compatible with 5G? can someone pls help.

@Vikred try switching off 5G on the device.
you need to contact Oneplus about this as it’s their update that caused this.
