Mobile data not working Samsung Galaxy 8

Hi there

My phone's mobile data is not working. I have 20GB a month and can use everything when connected to wifi. I can make calls no problem, but just the mobile data is not working for some reason.

When was the last time you were able to use data @DaisyJB?

Have you checked you have data remaining within your My EE account?

I don't think it's ever worked. I definitely still have about 20GB.

I've just tried that number about 4 times and it doesn't work. I can't get through to anyone and then it just hangs up.
