Your more than likely going to be told to clear your cache and reinstall the app everytime you want to use the app My advise is go to your local EE store and tell them the contact is not fit for purpose and ask for a refund and change networks EE went bad as soon as they joined BT old network Old problems they have no clue how to sort Constant mast problems Contant network problems And poor you only want to gift data It's ment to be simple not a stressful situation ✌️
