Mobile data not working now for over 5 days . Tried different locations still nothing . I have plenty of data . Tried turning phone off and on  and removing SIM card . Nothing . Thanks in advance for any help

Hi Leanne , I got through to tech support today they sorted it out straight away  . My old 3g data plan was still active even though I changed to a new 5g sim end of last year and when they’ve shut down 3g it’s messed with my data . One flick at tech guys end all sorted . Happy bunny .
