Hi @michaelpriest37

Thanks for coming back to the community.

Can you text BALANCE to 150 and let me know the full reply?

There continues to be a discrepency between my website data allowance & that reported via AL text. I seem to have lost in the region of half of the reserve in the last month, I have NOT accessed much of this. I raised this issue a month ago. It has not been resolved....time to sort it out please

Can you explain the alleged discrepancy?

Bristolian requested full information.

My AL texted data allowance varies consistantly with that shown on my account via website. I also seem to have dropped from around 43 gb in August to around 18-20mb in reserve (depending which figure I believe in) This is inexplicable since I rarely access mobile data & certainly do not require large downloads at any time.

The system of banked mobile data is a complete mistery in its operation & needs clarification.

Hello @michaelpriest37

20.3mb incl 8.0mb rolled over data

Yes, I spent about half a day on it in late August, they said they'd
investigate......nothing happened!
At that stage I was informed by text that I had approx 43mb data available
but online only approx 23mb. I rarely use mobile data & then only small
amounts, unused data allowance is supposed to roll over on my £10 monthly
SIM only plan.
I'm just totally confused

I would recommend getting back in touch with them and advising you are still experiencing this.
