Hello,

I am looking for some advice - I recently got close to my monthly usage allowance for data but did not exceed it, so have not used Reserve Data. My data allowance has now rolled into the next month but I am now constantly getting incredibly slow data usage irrespective of location (I have been travelling in the UK and have had the same issue in multiple locations). Can anyone think why I am now receiving this (incredibly slow!) Data service? For example it took around 15 mins to download a podcast episode and I can watch the update timescale (a few mins) to update apps that are only around 15MB. I am using my phone as a hotspot from time to time for work and this is making it impossible to actually do anything when connected to the EE network. 

Any advice very welcome!

What phone are you using?

Have you tried restarting your phone?
