Im going to assume the above is a typo, and what you actually mean is 1.5gb of 2gb, if that's the case when Gifting Data you cannot Gift any more than your own reserve Data Allowance which is 500mb, so in other words if your allowance is 2gb, then you can Gift a maximum of 1.5gb thus leaving you no less than 500mb for yourself.
