Data allowance unclear

Hello,

Bought 1GB data (30 days) about a week ago and now EE says two different things:

1) On my overview it says: No data left.

2) On my add on packs, it says

Add-ons
You have 1 day left to use:  1GB Add-on (30 days), with all of the 1GB still available.

Could someone help me with getting my 1GB data, please?
Thank you!

Hi @Kat136

Your pack last 30 days and therefore you have 30 days to use 1GB. You have used your 1GB allowance already within 30 days so your pack is exhausted but it wont expire until tomorrow.

Thanks

@Kat136 : You sure this add-on was for 30 days & not 7 days? I only know it for 7 days. How much did you pay for it?

What does texting AL to 150 from your no. fully report verbatim (it is free)?

Visit http://add-on.ee.co.uk/status when not connected to WiFi to see your data & credit status. What does it say,  obscuring your mobile no.?
