Confused

I am in the USA. I just purchased a “top up” for my SIM card. My account now shows the £35 credit but it also shows 0B data available.
im thinking now that I should have purchased a pack as what I really need is unlimited voice, unlimited text and as much data as the pack allows. I don’t see how to use the £35 to purchase a pack. Any help would be appreciated.

@JohnCDM   No pack allowance will cover you in the USA.  You can only use a pack in the UK/EU.   You need to purchase a data add on to you data in the USA and you need credit on your account to pay for calls/texts.

Please see THIS

Thanks Chris. I should have said that although I am in the USA right now, I purchased the top up to use on my trip to the UK. That’s why I thought I wanted a pack.

Hi @JohnCDM

Thanks for coming here.

Can you make calls and send texts?

You should be able to purchase a data add-on to use data through your My EE account.

Leanne.
