I currently have an unlimited 4G data plan and I am wondering what the 'Fair Usage' policy is. One or two places, I have seen 1000GB mentioned, but no indication of whether that is the current limit or if it is per day, per week, per month etc. Can anyone help?
Solved! See the answer below or view the solution in context.

The FUP is either 1000GB (before) or 600GB (now) / billing month depending when you took your unlimited plan out. But don't ask me the cut-off point!

Hi @dulce_2022.
Welcome to the community.
The fair usage policy applies to your monthly usage.
This will only effect you if your usage is deemed to be non-personal usage, like tethering.

The FUP is now 600GB per month or if your Gift Data then its your Gifted Data amount plus what's used from your own usage, for example if you've Gifted 120GB then your FUP will 120GB + 480Gb of your Own Data Usage (total 600Gb).
It appears now that for newish 5G UL Contracts the FUP is now strictly Enforced, you will not lose UL Data use but once you hit the 600GB you will be servely Speed Capped until your next monthly refresh Date
