I have an EE 5G router (rebranded 5103) and every so often the router will display “No service”. I am then unable to connect back again (pressing Connect does nothing) and the only solution is to restart and then it works perfectly.
Any ideas? EE are insisting the problem is with the router but reluctant to buy one to eBay to prove a point.
Help would be much appreciated.

I'm not familiar with the specific router, but do you have an EE phone to compare with and potentially use for troubleshooting?

I do and the connection on the phone does not drop.
