Had to contact EE yesterday to cancel my Mum's Broadband, Phone Line & Mobile Contracts, as sadly she passed away recently. I was expecting it to be difficult but found it to be straight forward and handled professionally and in a caring manner. Gary was extremely understanding and helpful. A big thank you to Gary & EE
