How to “Manage Account”?

Attempted to top up my credit via the app, but to no avail. Had to log-in to the website just to get the job done. The app is practically useless,

Received a text to inform me the payment was successful, and was made aware I could “manage my account” using the app, but again, I saw absolutely nothing in the app & the website, I’m just lost.

Can somebody please tell me how I could “manage my account”, and I wanna know if my next billing date is gonna be within the 6-month period as I dont wanna lose the number + I’m currently out of the U.K.
