My phone has broken. I tried calling EE yesterday to upgrade and get a new phone but she had to send me a text with a pin code to verify terms and conditions..
I don't have another phone to insert my sim to get a pin code. How can I upgrade without this?

Did you advise the agent you have no access to your phone?
Do you possibly have another device you could use or borrow to put your SIM in?

Yes I told her. I don't have access to another mobile, just a landline.
I asked if she could email me the pin but she wasn't able to.

Do you have a local EE Store near?
You could also visit the store with photo ID.
