so I have just had text from EE saying my mobile costs are going up by £4.42 linked to 'inflation with your terms and conditions'- is it in the terms and conditions that you have to provide a decent connection...? I sometimes have very bad connection, like 1G speeds... websites take an AGE to load up - when its good, its good, when its bad its really bad... can I get anyone to help, anywhere...? no, just sent sround in circles, to call 150 which give me a link that says call 150!!!

No network will guarantee rock-solid service 24x7x365 in 100% of locations, it's not possible - and the T&C's do allow for this.
Equally every network will have good & bad coverage areas, it's the nature of radio coverage. Are you in a poor coverage area when you have (what sounds like) mobile data issues?
