Why can't you email me my bill?

This seems so simple - why can't you just email me my bill?

Most online shops do this as standard, with EE I have to log in and find the bill, download it.

Why make it more complicated?

Thanks for leaving this feedback and suggestion. 

Sorry this is not an option for emailing the bill to you, you can request paper copies to be sent to you, this is chargeable.
