I’ve read that I can upgrade for free when I’m within 100days of my contract ending aslong as my chosen plan is higher than my current plan, I’ve been choosing higher plans and the early upgrade fee is still showing

Are you aware if this was a trade in offer? this means trading in your old device to upgrade to a new phone.
