Hello,
I’ve just ordered a new sim & phone plan, but I want to keep my current number. How do I do this? I am currently a customer of EE.
Also, do I need to cancel my sim only plan or will it cancel automatically??

Are you already a customer of EE or are you moving over to EE?
If already a customer, you should have done an upgrade, I would suggest ringing customer service and speaking to them, if that is the case.
If you are moving from another network, then you need to get a PAC code from your previous network, that is the one you have been with. Hope this helps.
