Trade in not deducted from monthly bill

I upgraded at the end of April and returned my old phone by the required date (May ). The discount has not been applied to my bill.

I have used the online chat but they tell me I need to phone. I have phoned twice in the past 24 hours, been sent a text by this wonderful new system, entered details in the link and no one phones me back. How do I get this resolved?

I'm sorry to hear your trade-in discount hasn't been applied yet.

Have you received your call back from Customer Care yet?

No I haven't. 

Ive just done the 1st of three night shifts so will only be available to receive a call after 5pm fir the next 3 days.

I'm sorry to hear that. I'd recommend requesting the call again when you are available so the team can get in touch.

Alternatively, if you start with option 2 rather than 1 when calling 150, you can be connected with the next available advisor.
