I've been on a sim only plan for 3 years. I want to upgrade to a phone plan, pre-ordering the s24+. However, when I press upgrade (despite the text saying upgrade your plan or device) it only offers new plans... how do I actually switch to a new phone plan?

Takes me to (see pic below) when I select upgrade device or sim, it offers me 1 month or 24 month plans, no device options.
