Removing multi line discount

Hi i have received an email offering the samsung galaxy z flip 5 over 36 months with a trade in discount for my current z flip 3, upon check out it says it cant apply the trade in due to my existing multi line discount.

As the trade in would remove £24 pm and the multi line only removes £11.70 i was wondering if it is at all possible to get the multi line removed to take advantage of the trade in discount?

Please call us on 150 and the team will look into the multi line and trade in discount to see if this can be removed for you to complete the upgrade with the trade in 🙂
