Hello I was wondering if I could change my billing date to the day I actually paid it’s due in the 13th but don’t get paid till the 28th

@Cobopops1888 : Call EE to change your billing date to about the 14th of each month & your payment date will follow in step.

EE standard opening hours are 8am to 10.30pm every day.

Somehow my reply to this earlier got separated into a BB thread where the OP posted originally.  As such my reply relates to a BB contract where the payment date is 14 days after the billing date. For a mobile contract it would only be 7 days between them.
