My bill is paid and when going on my ee says make a payment but there’s no services on my phone now I need my phone for work don’t get why it’s suspended when it’s paid

Hello
When you've made a payment for your bill after the services are suspended it can take between 24-48 hours for the system to catch up.
Have you tried putting your phone on and off Airplane Mode a few times?
Also if you can restart your phone every often this may speed up the process to restore them.
If after 48 hours they ain't restored and still having problems call EE on 150.

You should call EE 150 and tell them you paid the bill but the EE App saying you haven't.

Just keep restarting your phone every often. It may work.
