Why can't I check my mobile bill on the app or in the EE website? I've been trying for a few days and still can't see it. Only says that they can't load the information and it's their fault not mine?!

We're aware of a small number of users who are having problems accessing their bills online. Our support teams are investigating this and working to fix it as soon as possible. If you can't access your bills, and you need information urgently, please give us a call.
