Sorry I don't mean to laugh, but I haven't been able to access my account for weeks (upgrades, bills, etc), if not months, and they STILL cant fix it. (MANY others have the same issue) I's suggest holding off on the upgrade & going sim only or moving providers unless they can fix it.
