Hello all,
I have just been through the process of making a accidental damage claim online.
everything was going great to the point that it was accepted and it asked when I would like to receive my replacement devise. Well I picked a date and the screen went blank and logged me out.
I have looked on my account and there is an active claim there but it says that it is processing. This differs greatly to the “when would your replacement sent”
kind of in limbo now. Can’t seem to find anywhere to move along with the claim.
there are so many stipulations on what you have to do so that the devises can be swapped that I’m worried they will come tomorrow expecting the factory reset phone and it will not be available
it even states that you could be charged if you fail to comply with their wishes.
anyone out there had a similar issue. Anyone out there that can help resolve this issue.
any help will be greatly received

@Sam2569 You’ll need to call customer services about this. CS are open from 8am
