Increase bill on my monthly pay.

I pay 31.20£ every month with my phone contract, I don't understand why there had to be an increase this month to £39.52. What could be the reason?

Hi @Fokou,

In the My EE app select the bills and payments tab and scroll down until you see Download your bill.

Tap on it, and your full bill will be downloaded to your device.

The EE app is terrible, maybe mine, I don't have that option, I have just the "contract and bills" when I search for bills and payment, Im taken to a community sites. No direct response
