What happens when you log in to your EE account?

Do you see the option for Bills & payments?

No  because  there is no option for there for me to click on and this is my new ee sim first time getting one

When setting up your EE account you should be provided the option to link your account @Vikingking902

If you do not see this please give us a call and our customer care team will link this for you.
