Chris, this looks a little like ONE of my problems. I had to get a BT tech to tell me the account number given to the broadband account that I cannot see or access. Even when I knew it though it tells me that they are already linked but of course whoever set up the account made mistakes on it . I don't think I can see Account numbers on my bill though Chris it just gives info under the mobile numbers so I understand what Mamuncik may be saying. BT used to show account number on Bank Account when taking payment but EE do not.
