EE stole money from my account

EE took a huge amount of money from my account & haven't explained the reason behind it. They don't appreciate the impact of their actions. They tried to blackmail me from leaving by saying that would close my complaint. This is the behaviour of a thug not a lawful company

Were you behind on payments?

On a phone contract or Sim only? we'll need a bit of context here

EE don't just randomly take large amounts of money for no reason.

I have been a loyal customer with EE longer than 10 years. Recently I considered taking our a phone with an upgrade. But I wasn't happy with the phone, so I cancelled the upgrade and returned the phone within the 14 day cooling period. I even have a text proving that they have received the phone. So I am still not sure why they would take the money. It is more that £700, which is a lot.

Hi @Afroboi

You cannot be within the cooling off period, or did you buy from an EE store.

There is no customer account access on these forums, you'll need to speak to EE CS on 150.

Thanks

Are you saying there's a £700 charge on your EE bill - if so, what's the description against it?

It's true to say there is no account access on this public forum.
