EE have messed up my direct debit,. Since they changed the way of billing they have only been taking the direct debit payment for my calls/data and not for my mobile phone so now i am going to have a bill of £300. What can i do about this as this is their fault and not mine? and its only going to keep going up if they don't sort it out! Also I cannot access my bill as it keeps saying "we have run into a problem, try later"
