Ordered upgrade and deposit paid for new phone has been used to pay my latest bill.
So now I cant find any details on my account that I have requested a contract renewal and ordered a new phone.
Obviously can never get through to customer services !!

Hi Brendon, just stuck in ever looping wait.
Have tried selecting for them to ring me back within 15mins, but never get a call.
