Charge to Bill transaction limit

I’m aware that there’s a £40 limit per transaction and a £240 monthly limit. Is this per line on the account? Or is it per account? Basically can each line spend up to £240 or is that the monthly limit for all lines combined?

Hi @maxkelby92,

I've received confirmation that the limit is per line, rather than per account.

Hope this helps. 🙂

Hello James,

iv tried making a purchase via my PlayStation with using my mobile. It says it didn’t allow large payments but I’m only trying to spend less than £100 and never done it before.

not sure what to do? Any assistance ?

@Georgy764 Each transaction is limited to £40, maximum total of transactions per month is £240. You can buy anything for £40 or less using charge to bill. Anything higher and you’ll have to use store credit or a bank card.

@Georgy764  The max you can charge your EE bill per transaction is £40 and monthly is £240.
