Changing a SIM only plan

My EE plan ended 2 years ago, which has just continued and rolled over ever since, and I have just carried on. BUT I have just noticed that I only have 1GB (and he ace because I am without wifi this week, I have run out of data..), whereas for the same money I could/should have circa 25GB!!! My account doesn’t seem to give me the option to ‘change’ the plan - I can seemingly only ‘Upgrade’ to a new phone (which I don’t need/want), or add another SIM plan with these far better terms to the one I already have (I don’t want to be paying for 2 SIM plans!!) Am I being daft??

You should be able to Upgrade to SIM-Only.

If you think I helped please feel free to hit the "Thumbs Up" button below.

To phone EE CS: Dial Freephone +44 800 079 8586 - Option 1 for Mobile Phone & Mobile Broadband or Option 2 for Home Broadband & Home Phone

ISPs: 1999: Freeserve 48K Dial-Up => 2005: Wanadoo 1 Meg BB => 2007: Orange 2 Meg BB => 2008: Orange 8 Meg LLU => 2010: Orange 16 Meg LLU => 2011: Orange 20 Meg WBC => 2014: EE 20 Meg WBC => 2020: EE 40 Meg FTTC => 2022: EE 80 Meg FTTC (no landline number)

@SJA71  When you click upgrade you then need to select sim only it should be at the top of the page.

Thanks both, and am now using the >Upgrade > SIM only route on the EE site. Confirms that my plan ended 2 years ago - but under the ‘based on your usage, these are the SIM-only plans we recommend…’ response - nothing is listed !! Nonsense …??
