I’m unable to get through, I’ve waited over an hour twice after calling twice and had to give up and dump the calls as I actually have other stuff to do believe it or not!. I can’t waste anymore hours of my life trying to get some help with my Apple Watch mobile data, it’s not working after receiving a replacement iPhone under warranty due to hardware fault. I’ve repaired the watch with new handset but the 4g virtual sim needs to be reactivated. I can only do this via calling 150.
I didn’t know if this will ever get sorted, I’m questioning why I’m with Ee if I can’t even get to speak to anyone about issues. What’s the point? Is anyone actually answering the phone. It’s so frustrating.
how can I get this sorted?!

@JayEss EE don’t control how many people are phoning them at any one time so unfortunately while you want to speak to them so do others customers so it’s a question of having to wait.
