Hi my bills are extremely high and I'm also bing charged for monthly bills at a high rate when my phone has been suspended why is this please? And why am I being charged so much I can't afford these bills everymonth and why am I being charged when my phone is cut off? Please reply thankyou

@Chelseymartin Being cut off doesn’t mean your bill still isn’t produced each month. You are contracted to pay that bill and the longer it goes unpaid the more it’ll cost to pay off and you’ll incur late fees. Contracts don’t just stop because of none payment. Call customer services as recommended because this will affect your credit score.
