Good evening!
My billing has completely disappeared from my account; the number that was linked to my EE account has been switched to another provider, spoke to CS on phone yesterday and they were unable to help pull up any information on my bills
Any advice how I can access my billing?

Did you port it to another network? That would have cancelled your contract with EE. You should get a final bill in the post.
