I paid an amount of my bill but not in full so I still can't do calls or have data
I want to negotiate the rest of the payment but I am not able to call customer service, can you help me?

@Maretti71 : If you're having difficulty paying your bill on time you need to contact CS urgently to come to a repayment arrangement - see Help if you can't pay your bill
