Approximately 41 days before the end of my 24 month term, I called EE to cancel my contract.
I was offered an upgrade, new contract and to transfer providers, this was not a possibility as I was leaving the UK for a job in Dublin, where I am permanently based.
I have returned to my parents home for a visit and have two bills from EE stating I owe them money, each bill corresponding to a ‘missed payment’.
I have since called EE and have been told there was no log of my cancellation and that the sums owing remain due.
Could you please advise? Also, could I please have a contact address where I am able to forward correspondence rather than phoning and being told the same thing.

There is no customer account access on these forums. You will need to speak to EE CS directly about this issue.
