I hope you're doing well. on 12th of december. i had made a contract of 2 years with for 30gbp unlimted data and calls, with discount it was 21 gbp. why Am i getting a bill then ? and it is really high 71 gbp. kindly please help. thank you

Your first bill will often be close to double your usual one, due to having two months worth of charges on it. The dates are shown on the bill, but it will cover your usage from connection to the first bill cycle in arrears, and then your first full bill cycle in advance.
