Can anyone tell me how I can connect my broadband account and my mobile account together so I can view it all in one place?

I have my mobile set up in My EE spoke to the customer service already and they told me I can do this online for the life of me I can’t find where to do it on my ee online.

Can you try logging in to your My EE online, select Menu then add home broadband, you’ll need your landline number or broadband account number, does this work for you?

Hi Leanne,
I'm also having the same issue and would like to know how to resolve it. When you say select "Menu", where is that? On the homescreen, the options I have are:
Home, Shop, Help, Billings & Payments, Plans & Subscriptions, Orders, Search, Basket, and Profile. None of these things are "Menu"

In your online MyEE: Home > Plans & Subs > Manage numbers > Add another number > Link EE BB .
