Just recently switched my account over into my name which meant opening a new account over the phone. The person I was speaking to somehow misspelt my name (Harry) even after asking me to spell it out for them.
Just posting on here if there’s any way I can change it. On the website I’ve changed my name so I’ll be contacted using the correct spelling but the account itself is still using the incorrect spelling.
